HOKA invests even more in volunteers and participants
Our running partner to take over volunteer and finisher shirts at DATEV Challenge Roth from 2026
Starting in 2026, all volunteers and finishers of the DATEV Challenge Roth can look forward to a new highlight: our partner HOKA will supply the official volunteer and finisher shirts – ensuring an upgrade in quality.
With this step, HOKA is further strengthening its commitment in Roth and sending a clear message of support to everyone who makes the world’s largest long-distance triathlon such an unforgettable experience – our participants and 7,500 volunteers.
Felix Walchshöfer, Race Director of the DATEV Challenge Roth, emphasizes:
“Let’s Fly Roth! HOKA shares not only our passion for triathlon, but also our ambition to offer the very best to our community. Having HOKA supplies our volunteer and finisher shirts from 2026 is not just a boost in quality – it’s also a strong sign of how much they invest in our volunteers and athletes. It’s a great message and fits perfectly with our Roth spirit.”
Antoine Berthoud, EMEA Senior Events & Brand Experience Manager at HOKA, adds:
“Roth is a place full of passion, emotion, and humanity – values that align perfectly with HOKA. We are excited to deepen our partnership with the DATEV Challenge Roth and give something back to the people who make this event so special.”
Another highlight: athletes and volunteers can have their say on the design of the new shirts via social media. This way, the shirts become more than just high-quality apparel; they become a true community project, created in the spirit of Roth’s unique team culture.
