Status of compliance with requirements

With the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) (Accessibility Enhancement Act), the European Accessibility Act (EAA) was transposed into national law in July 2021. The Accessibility Enhancement Act Ordinance (BFSGV) was passed on June 15, 2022, and defines accessibility requirements for products and services that are placed on the market or provided to consumers after June 28, 2025.

Compliance with the requirements is verified by self-assessment.

Based on the review, the website is partially compliant with the previously mentioned requirements.

• Advertising banners on our site do not currently contain any descriptive text.

• The 2024 media gallery at https://challenge-roth.com/en/media-gallery.html still contains image elements for which no alternative descriptions have been provided.
