Media Accreditation

Media accreditation for DATEV Challenge Roth 2026 is open.

We are pleased about your interest in media accreditation for DATEV Challenge Roth. Beforehand, please note a few important points: Media accreditation is exclusively intended for editorial and/or documentary coverage of DATEV Challenge Roth. There is no entitlement to accreditation. Due to limited capacities, all applications will be reviewed individually and may be declined.

Who can apply for accreditation?

Accreditation is available to individuals from the following areas:

  • Journalists (print, online, TV, radio)
  • Photographers with a sports journalism focus
  • Content creators with a thematic connection to triathlon, endurance sports, or elite sports
  • Official media partners of the event

Who is not eligible for accreditation?

In particular, accreditation cannot be granted to:

  • Individuals working on behalf of external companies, brands, agencies, or service providers
  • Private photographers or videographers of age group athletes / participants (unfortunately not possible due to limited capacities)

Note: Private photographers and videographers still have access to almost all public areas, allowing them to capture great images and lasting memories.
By receiving media accreditation, all accredited individuals commit to behaving in a professional, respectful, and considerate manner towards participants, volunteers, supporters, and the organizing team.

The following principles apply:

  • Media accreditation is personal, non-transferable, and must be worn visibly at all times.
  • Accredited content may only be used for editorial and/or documentary purposes.
  • Commercial use, distribution to third parties, or use for brands, companies, or agencies is not permitted without prior written approval.
  • Access to restricted and security zones is only allowed with appropriate authorization. Instructions from volunteers, security personnel, and the organizing team must be followed at all times.
  • Athletes must not be obstructed or disturbed during sensitive racing and recovery phases (e.g. medical treatment, transition zones, and anywhere along the course).

The organizer reserves the right to revoke accreditation immediately and without replacement in the event of any violations of these rules.

DATEV Challenge Roth stands for fairness, respect, and passion for the sport. We expect these values to be upheld on site by all accredited media representatives.
