| Description: |
To ensure smooth traffic flow around the Triathlon Park in Roth, the central venue for the DATEV Challenge Roth, we provide extensive parking areas in Roth/Belmbrach. As a member of the parking team, you will ensure the safe arrival and departure of our participants and visitors from Wednesday to Sunday. A detailed shift schedule ensures that you have enough time to experience the DATEV Challenge Roth in and around the Triathlon Park in addition to your volunteer work.

Frequently asked questions about volunteering in Roth
If you would like to get involved as a volunteer at DATEV Challenge Roth, please use our official registration form. We will then contact you promptly and send you further information. If you have problems registering, please contact our colleague Luisa via helfer@challenge-roth.de.
As a volunteer, you will receive a high-quality T-shirt from us. We would ask that you wear the t-shirt on race day so that participants will recognize you as a volunteer. Otherwise, depending on the weather, we recommend sunscreen or a rain jacket. In some areas you should make sure you wear sturdy shoes.
Yes. Depending on the location, meals are provided directly or regulated with the help of coupons. You can find the refreshment station for volunteers on the triathlon park.
Your volunteer work at DATEV Challenge Roth can be very diverse. You can find a list of all areas of application here.
We welcome every volunteer and want to provide you with added value. You can find a small list of the benefits for our volunteers here.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Once you’ve received this email, you are officially part of the DATEV Challenge Roth volunteer team. We will contact you again approximately four weeks before the event to provide your specific assignment details. You will only be scheduled during the time and at the locations you indicated. Assignments are made based on availability, so please ensure you can reach your selected locations independently. If you have any questions or need to make changes, feel free to reach out to us at any time.
Please also note that our race directors are volunteers themselves and support us alongside their regular jobs. Therefore, it may take a little longer to respond to some inquiries. We kindly ask for your patience, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
No. However, there are areas where only people aged 14/16/18 can help. If in doubt, just ask us.
No, in most areas you do not need any previous knowledge. If so, you will find the requirements in the description of the areas.
Yes, we will be happy to issue you a certificate. Please contact Luisa. The certificates are usually issued 1-2 months after the event.
Yes, you can still change your data even after you have registered. Simply write us an email or call us.
As a volunteer, you can of course also use our campsite at the swim start and our partner hotels. You can find more information here.
