Terms and Conditions – Vincent Luis Race Suit Giveaway
1. Organiser
The giveaway is organised by:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway starts on 13 October 2026 and ends on 26 October 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central European Time (CET). Newsletter registrations received or confirmed after the end of the giveaway period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility and Entry
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and over worldwide, provided that participation in the giveaway and receipt of the prize are permitted under the applicable laws and regulations.
To enter, participants must sign up for the DATEV Challenge Roth newsletter via the designated registration page. To be eligible, the newsletter registration must be completed and confirmed via the double opt-in process during the giveaway period. The time of confirmation determines whether an entry is valid.
Once the newsletter registration has been confirmed, the participant will automatically be entered into the prize draw. Entry is free of charge. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Employees of the Organiser and anyone directly involved in organising or running the giveaway may be excluded from participation.
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify participants who provide false information, attempt to manipulate the giveaway or breach these Terms and Conditions.
4. Prize
The prize is one race suit worn by Vincent Luis at DATEV Challenge Roth 2025.
One winner will be selected. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred to another person or redeemed for cash.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the giveaway period has ended.
The winner will be notified by email using the email address provided during newsletter registration. The winner must respond within seven calendar days of the notification email being sent and provide the information required to arrange delivery of the prize.
If the winner does not respond within this period, their right to claim the prize will lapse, and the Organiser may select an alternative winner.
6. Delivery of the Prize
The prize will be shipped worldwide to the address provided by the winner. The Organiser will determine the shipping method.
The winner is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Any import duties, customs charges or other fees incurred in the destination country will be borne by the winner, to the extent permitted by law.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the winner or for other reasons attributable to the winner, their entitlement to the prize may lapse after reasonable efforts have been made to resolve the issue.
7. Newsletter and Data Protection
Participation in the giveaway requires registration for the DATEV Challenge Roth newsletter. The newsletter provides regular updates from Roth, news about DATEV Challenge Roth and other relevant topics and offers.
Newsletter registration becomes effective only after confirmation via the double opt-in process. Consent to receive the newsletter may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future, for example by using the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter.
Personal data will be processed for the purposes of administering the giveaway, selecting and notifying the winner, and arranging delivery of the prize. The email address will also be used to send the newsletter, provided valid consent has been given.

8. Early Termination or Modification
The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway early for good cause if it cannot be properly conducted for legal, technical or other significant reasons. Any statutory rights that have already arisen remain unaffected.
9. Liability
The Organiser shall be fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as for intent and gross negligence. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, liability shall be limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract. Otherwise, statutory liability provisions shall apply.
10. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
