Supplementary Terms and Conditions for the Additional Prizes in the Late Entry Draw for DATEV Challenge Roth 2027

1. Organiser

The organiser of the additional prize draw is TEAMCHALLENGE GmbH, Otto-Schrimpff-Straße 14, 91154 Roth, Germany.

2. Eligibility and entry

All individuals who have validly entered the Late Entry Draw for DATEV Challenge Roth 2027 are eligible to participate. Entries for the Late Entry Draw are open until November 9, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CET.

No separate entry for the additional prizes is required or possible. All valid Late Entry Draw entries will automatically be considered.

3. Additional prizes

The following five additional prizes will be awarded among participants in the Late Entry Draw:

1. Canyon: One Canyon Speedmax CF SLX Roth Edition in size M.

2. Condor: One flight voucher worth €500, valid until July 2027 and subject to the applicable redemption terms.

3. Hotel Jakob: Two nights in a double room at Hotel Jakob at Lake Fuschl.

4. uvex: One package consisting of an i-volute MIPS helmet in the ROTH Edition and Performance sports sunglasses in the ROTH Edition.

5. BLACKROLL: One package consisting of a Pillow in the ROTH Edition and a Standard Foam Roll.

The combined value of the additional prizes exceeds €11,000.

Cash alternatives, exchanges or transfers of the prizes to other individuals are excluded to the extent permitted by law. Additional terms and conditions imposed by the respective partners may apply to the redemption of individual prizes.

The Canyon Speedmax does not include an additional race slot for DATEV Challenge Roth 2027 or any other event.

4. Selection of winners

The winners of the additional prizes will be determined as part of the regular Late Entry Draw on November 11, 2026.

The first five individuals drawn will each receive one of the five additional prizes. The prizes will be awarded in the following order:

1. The first person drawn will receive the Canyon Speedmax CF SLX Roth Edition.

2. The second person drawn will receive the Condor flight voucher.

3. The third person drawn will receive the two-night stay at Hotel Jakob.

4. The fourth person drawn will receive the uvex package.

5. The fifth person drawn will receive the BLACKROLL package.

The awarding of the additional prizes is independent of whether the respective individual wins a race slot in the Late Entry Draw.

5. Notification of winners

Winners will be notified using the contact details provided during registration. They must respond within seven days of notification. If no response is received within this period, the organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Collection and delivery of prizes

The Canyon Speedmax CF SLX Roth Edition must be collected in person at a location specified by the organiser. Shipping of the bike is not available. Collection arrangements will be agreed individually with the winner.

The bike will be handed over in its current condition at the time of collection. No additional accessories are included unless expressly listed as part of the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges the bike's condition at the time of handover.

The organiser does not provide any additional warranty for the bike. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

The other four additional prizes will be shipped to the respective winners or made available to them by arrangement.

7. Liability

Statutory liability provisions apply. The respective partners' terms and conditions may apply to their services and prize redemption requirements. The provisions concerning the handover of the Canyon Speedmax in Section 6 apply in addition; mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Data protection

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering the Late Entry Draw, selecting and notifying winners, and arranging the additional prizes. The organiser's privacy policy applies in addition.

9. Final provisions

German law applies, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
