Information about Regisrtation for 2027
We’re still completely blown away by the weekend and, at the same time, full of anticipation for 2027!
On Monday at 10:00 a.m. CEST sharp, online registration for DATEV Challenge Roth 2027 opens. The portal goes live on our website, and then it’s all about being quick because starting spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration takes place in two steps:
First, during pre-registration, you’ll just provide a few basic details: first name, last name, date of birth, nationality, and email address. That’s it!
Anyone who completes this first step will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with a personal registration code.
You can use this code to complete your registration. You’ll then have until the specified deadline to do so.
And what if it doesn’t work out on the first try? No worries: the Late Entry Draw is back!
For DATEV Challenge Roth 2027, starting slots will once again be allocated after online registration closes. At least 300 individual slots and 25 relay slots will be available. Last year, the Late Entry Draw even allocated around 700 additional starting slots.
For 10 euros per ticket, you’re in. Of that amount, 5 euros go directly to a good cause—such as the Roth Children’s and Youth Fire Departments and the “Christmas Together” project—while the other 5 euros cover transaction and platform costs.
You can buy as many tickets as you want until November 9. The more tickets you buy, the better your chances.
Important: Only one slot is available per person. It is non-transferable.
It doesn’t matter when you buy your tickets. The only thing that matters is that you’re registered by the end of the registration period.
Payment is made by direct debit. If you’re one of the lucky ones, the entry fee will be automatically deducted afterward. You’ll find all the details in the race announcement in due time.
After the draw, you’ll immediately receive an email (be sure to check your spam folder as well) and you’ll officially be part of the race of your life!
