DATEV Challenge Roth is an important economic factor

The promotional value has been more than 100 million euros in 2023 due to its media reach.

Through the event the local economy is able to make a profit in many different areas. This does for example includes the hotel industry, the local gastronomy and leisure service providers. As the organizer we are also working together closely with local partners. The triathlon-stadium has for instance been built by a company located only one kilometer from the triathlon-park.

In the metropolitan area Nuremberg, the Challenge Roth has already won the title “Spitzensport der Metropolregion Nürnberg” in 2018 and is therefore an important factor for the entire region. The event contributes to the awareness of the location and plays an important factor concerning the international triathlon sport.
