Cancellation and entry fee refund
All athletes who are registered for DATEV Challenge Roth 2020 will automatically receive a refund of their entry fee, less a €90 admin fee.
What do you have to do for this?
- Even though the event is cancelled, we still need your withdrawal in writing via email. Please send us a message with your name and ID by Sunday, April 5, 2020 to email@example.com.
- If you are able to support us during this economically difficult situation, we would be hugely grateful. You can do this by voluntarily waiving part of the refund:
- Please let us know in your reply email to firstname.lastname@example.org the amount that you would like to waive in addition to the processing fee.
- With a solidarity donation of €100 or more, you will receive two opportunities of advance registration for DATEV Challenge Roth over the next 10 years.
Thank you for any support you are able to give!
