The 2023 race date confirmed

Collaboration between TEAMCHALLENGE, Ironman and the DTU

Next year’s DATEV Challenge Roth powered by hep will take place on 25 June 2023. Following extensive discussions between TEAMCHALLENGE, Ironman and the German Triathlon Union (DTU), all organisations have agreed on a schedule for the major German long-distance races. As in previous years, those involved scheduled the dates in the best interests of the athletes, media, triathlon fans and expo exhibitors.

Challenge race director Felix Walchshöfer is happy about the agreements between the key players. "It's really a nice thing in terms of triathlon that we, together with Ironman and the DTU, have been able to find the best possible solutions for several years when scheduling the events. Especially in COVID times, this is not a given, so personally I’m really happy. Ultimately, our entire sport benefits from it. "
