SQUEEZY® announced as new nutrition partner for DATEV Challenge Roth
The pioneer of the energy gel is once again involved at the heart of triathlon

ROTH. None other than the pioneer of energy gels is the new nutrition partner of DATEV Challenge Roth for the next three years. From 2017, Squeezy Sports Nutrition GmbH will provide participants of the world's largest long-distance triathlon with high-quality SQUEEZY® products "Made in Germany".

The success story of SQUEEZY® is closely linked to the legend of triathlon in Roth. At Ironman Roth in 1992, Roger Milenk, today's CEO of Squeezy Sports Nutrition GmbH, highlighted the sportsman's diet invented by a South African sports scientist. Sales of SQUEEZY® started in Europe in 1993. By the end of the nineties, the company was a sponsor in Roth and has now returned to the heart of European triathlon with new ambitions. Roger Milenk said, "Everything started for me in Roth and it has always been very special to enjoy the incredible atmosphere and perfect organization there. With Squeezy Sports Nutrition we will support the great success of DATEV Challenge Roth and provide the athletes with the benefit of our products. The new nutritional partner will be welcomed by athletes due to its first-class quality and an exceptionally good stomach tolerance provided by the sports drinks, energy gels and bars produced exclusively in Germany. The range is developed in conjunction with top athletes and sports scientists. At DATEV Challenge Roth on 9th July, the athletes will find the required products with or without caffeine in different flavours according to their individual needs. Co-sponsor Alpecin will distribute the sports drinks on course in high quality drink bottles.

Squeezy Sports Nutrition GmbH are dedicated to the care and support of the athletes during both training and racing. With extensive information on the ingredients, the selection and the correct application, every participant of the DATEV Challenge Roth will be sure to receive the optimal supply of energy during the race.
