NEW: The Entry Protection Plan
Dear athletes, right after this year’s race you can again register for DATEV Challenge Roth on July 1st 2018. The prices in 2018 are the following: Single starters pay EUR 480, relays EUR 580. More information and things to know can be found in the entry information 2018
NEW: In 2018 we offer for the first an entry protection plan at a price of EUR 44.95 via the online registration which contains the following services:
• Extension of the right to withdraw (without giving reasons)
The right to withdraw the registration lasts until Saturday June 30th, 2018 (12:00 noon) - one day before the race! - without giving reasons (Reception of the withdrawal by fax or mail). Until this point of time the entry fee will be reimbursed with deduction of a handling fee of EUR 90.00!
• Guarantee of a start slot for DATEV Challenge Roth 2019 for all starters who deregister
Every person who cancels his or her registration in accordance with the Entry Protection Plan within the deadline will receive a guaranteed slot for the following year 2019! The slot is only valid for the following year 2019 and cannot be forwarded to another person.
The entry protection plan can be ordered even afterwards - until December 10th, 2017 at 12 midnight - via our online registration!
Three registration options for DATEV Challenge Roth 2018 taking place on July 1st
1. Instant Registration on Monday, July 10, 2017, 9.30 a.m. at the main pavilion
At this year’s Award Ceremony at 9.30 a.m., athletes will have the opportunity to register for DATEV Challenge Roth 2018. Tickets will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis. The number of start places is limited to 1,000 individual participants and 200 relay teams. Each athlete will be allowed to acquire one ticket (either for themselves or for another person). Payment can be made via EC card (preferred), Visa, MasterCard or cash.
In view of the huge interest last year, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that each athlete will in fact be able to obtain a ticket, which you will certainly understand.

2. Online registration for DATEV Challenge Roth 2018 on July 17, 2017
Online Registration on Monday, July 17, 2017, 10.00 a.m.
On Monday, July 17, at precisely 10.00 a.m. the online registration process will be launched.
Further slots will be allocated depending on the order of incoming requests. This will only be a pre-registration, in which athletes are asked to give their first name, last name, date of birth, nationality and e-mail address. Each athlete whose registration has been successful, will receive a confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours, including a personal registration code. The registration can then be completed using this code. Please note that the registration must be made within one week!
Since the race will again be booked up soon, we urgently ask everyone to get ready for registration at precisely 10 a.m. You’d better be fast!

3. Pre-Christmas Action on December 6, 2017, 12 noon
As a part of our charity pre-Christmas action, our registration lists will again be open on December 6 at exactly 12 noon, in order to allocate the very last remaining tickets. The action will follow the same principle as the online registration on July 17, with just one difference: By taking part in the action, athletes will again support a good cause. For each ticket sold on December 6, EUR 50 will be donated to people who urgently require help.
