Three ways to obtain a ticket for DATEV Challenge Roth 2015
DATEV Challenge Roth 2015 takes place on July 12, 2015. In an online survey a vast majority of you have decided on the following procedure regarding tickets for 2015. There are three ways to obtain a ticket: At this year’s Award Ceremony on Monday, July 21, 2014, 9.30 a.m. athletes will be able to use our instant registration for DATEV Challenge Roth 2015 at the pavilion. 1,000 tickets for individual participants and 250 tickets for relay teams will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis. Each athlete will be allowed to acquire one ticket. Due to the very high demand last year during the instant application at the awards, we will not be able to guarantee slots for everyone in line. We kindly ask for your understanding.
On Monday, July 28, 2014, 10.00 a.m. we will launch our online registration.
Further slots will be allocated depending on the order of incoming requests. This will be a pre-registration, in which athletes will only have to give their first name, last name, date of birth, citizenship and e-mail address. Each athlete who makes his/her pre-registration in time, will receive a confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours with a personal registration code, which will activate the athlete’s registration. As the race will sell out very quickly, we strongly recommend to enter at 10:00 a.m. CET. You’d better be fast!
As a part of our charity pre-Christmas action, our registration lists will again be open on December 6 at 12 noon, in order to allocate the very last remaining tickets. By taking part in the action, athletes will again support a good cause. For each ticket sold on December 6, EUR 50.- will be donated to people who urgently require help. We kindly ask for your understanding, that also this year we will not be able to offer enough slots for DATEV Challenge Roth 2015 to meet the demand. Last year over 30.000 athletes tried to register. We are very sorry, if you will not be able to obtain one of the slots, due to security and fairness we will not offer more places, as quality is our number one priority.
