Hot Spots Bike Course

Biermeile Eckersmühlen

One of the original and most iconic cheering zones on the bike course: Eckersmühlen combines true Challenge Roth tradition with live commentary, music, Franconian hospitality and an incredible race-day atmosphere. The beer garden offers cold drinks, sausages, coffee and cake – the perfect place to enjoy race day with friends and family.

The legendary “Mountain of Suffering” is one of the most famous climbs on the course. Fans line the road to push the athletes up the long ascent with music, commentary and loud support. From early morning on, the atmosphere feels like a local festival with barbecue, Bavarian sausages, coffee and cake.

Obermässing

Located right in the heart of the village, Obermässing offers a relaxed and family-friendly cheering zone with barbecue, homemade cake, cold drinks and plenty of seating. A perfect place to experience the race up close.

Eysölden

In Eysölden, every athlete gets celebrated. Spectators can even cheer on their favourites live over the microphone – including personal song requests. Pretzels, sausages, burgers, cake and authentic Challenge Roth spirit make this village crossing truly unforgettable.

Kränzleinsberg

At Kränzleinsberg, the local fire brigade creates a warm and energetic atmosphere with music, commentary and passionate support. Fans can enjoy food, coffee and cold drinks while watching the athletes from just a few metres away.

Solarer Berg

The most legendary hotspot of DATEV Challenge Roth: thousands of fans create pure Tour de France atmosphere at Solar Hill. Drummers, live commentary, music and the famous narrow fan tunnel turn this climb into one of the most emotional moments of the entire race. Around the hill, visitors can enjoy beer gardens, food stands, kids entertainment and many more highlights.

KLJB Party Zone Mörlach

The KLJB party zone in Mörlach is a cheering zone created by fans for fans. Together with the local fire brigade, the village turns into a relaxed party spot with music, barbecue specialties, drinks, coffee and cake.

Hilpoltstein – Allersberger Straße

The cycling fans of Hilpoltstein provide live race updates, music and great atmosphere directly next to the course. Expect tasty snacks and excellent views of the athletes passing by.

Stimmungskurve Weinsfeld

The Weinsfeld cheering curve brings real Tour-style energy to the second bike lap. Loud fans, music and nonstop motivation make sure nobody rides through this section unnoticed.

Wallesau

At the entrance to Wallesau, athletes are welcomed by an emotional fan corridor full of energy and encouragement. Perfect for spectators looking for a more relaxed but still unforgettable race atmosphere.

Bäcker Schmidt Fan Roundabout Heideck

Together with the town of Heideck, Bäcker Schmidt transforms the roundabout in Heideck into a lively cheering zone with commentary, music and refreshments. Expect snacks, homemade ice cream, coffee and great race vibes from the early morning hours.

Hot Spots Run Course

Wechselzone 2 / Transition Zone 2

This is where tension, emotions and pure race energy come together: after 180 kilometres on the bike, athletes enter Transition Zone 2 before heading out onto the marathon course. For spectators, WZ2 is one of the most exciting places of the entire race day, offering a close-up view of the crucial bike-to-run transition and the perfect chance to give athletes one last motivational push.

Memmert Fanmeile

Located at both the beginning and the end of the marathon course, the Memmert Fanmeile delivers unforgettable marathon emotions. Music, commentary and an incredible atmosphere give athletes an extra boost during both the first and final kilometres of their run.

TKN Hot Spot – Espaner Berg

Right in the heart of the run course action, Team Klinikum Nürnberg creates a loud and welcoming atmosphere with music, live updates and nonstop support. There is always something happening here.

Challenge Roth Tours Oasis

Located at Kugelbühlplatz, the Challenge Roth Tours Oasis is the perfect meeting point to relax, cheer and enjoy the race together in the middle of the marathon action.

dA House Area

The dA House Area in Gartenstraße becomes a new hotspot for fans and athletes with relaxed vibes, good music and a welcoming atmosphere.

KITA Abenteuerland

Face painting, drinks and family-friendly race-day vibes: KITA Abenteuerland creates a colourful cheering zone in Gartenstraße for visitors of all ages.

Techno Hotspot

Deep in the woods towards Büchenbach, electronic beats and festival vibes meet the marathon course. The Techno Hotspot delivers high-energy support for every runner passing by.

Speck Pumpen – Party at the Lände

Speck Pumpen transforms its company grounds into a huge party zone along the run course. Visitors can enjoy street food, music, games for kids, a beer garden and an incredible atmosphere for the whole family.

Laufteam Fürth

Located between Speck Pumpen and the boat dock, Laufteam Fürth keeps the energy high with loud cheering and nonstop support for all participants.

Kostas Hotspot

Right next to Restaurant Zeppelin, Kostas Hotspot brings Mediterranean vibes and motivational support to the marathon course.

Red Bull Energy Station

UVEX at Roth Market Square

In the heart of Roth, spectators can enjoy an emotional cheering zone with fantastic views of the run course and incredible race-day atmosphere.

ERDINGER Alkoholfrei Powerzone

One of the biggest spectator hotspots on the marathon course: this year, the ERDINGER Alkoholfrei Powerzone moves to the Lände Roth along the canal, where athletes pass by three times. Expect massive crowds, music and unforgettable emotions.

BAYKA POWERSTATION

Located in Sandgasse, the BAYKA POWERSTATION delivers another emotional support zone full of energy and encouragement for the athletes.

HOKA Flyzone Büchenbach

Together with HOKA, the Büchenbach lake loop turns into the HOKA Flyzone – one of the most atmospheric sections of the run course with unique village and festival vibes.

Ryzon x Canyon Hotspot

At Mühlgasse, Ryzon and Canyon create an urban-style cheering zone with loud support just before the finish line.

Garmin Hotspot
