New Balance extends contract early


This is called the trust advance: New Balance, the running partner of DATEV Challenge Roth since 2012, has prematurely extended its contract until 2020. For both the innovative global running sports player from Boston, USA, as well as for TEAMCHALLENGE, this means more planning certainty for the coming years and provides a good basis for further expanding the beneficial partnership over the next four years.

According to New Balance, DATEV Challenge Roth leads the way in setting new standards in triathlon. Roth offers the perfect platform for the high demands of an innovative and athletic-focused sports brand with high-quality products. "We feel that DATEV Challenge Roth and New Balance brands benefit equally from each other in this partnership. TEAMCHALLENGE works very professionally. We value this as much as the family atmosphere and the warm relationship with the Walchshöfer family, "said Tobias Zingel, senior manager and head of marketing and product at New Balance.

Each year, new ideas are developed together and exciting activities are implemented which benefit both the athletes and the volunteers (such as the discounted volunteer shoe). In its latest commitment, New Balance has helped develop and support the current DATEV Challenge Roth poster campaign. More than 1,000 athletes and fans have uploaded a photo on the specially created online platform in recent weeks and can now print the official Challenge poster with their own picture here and also use it for their Facebook profile. Looking into the future, the two quality brands will continue to develop their partnership and offer athletes, supporters and fans new highlights every year until at least 2020.
