Hot spots
The CR hot spots are legendary. They have been created over the years with the help of local clubs and sports fans, and are actually the backbone of the race. Many things have been said about the Roth event, but there is simply no other location with this kind of atmosphere. An athlete wrote in an e-mail in 2006: “It was the first time for me in Roth, and I was surprised to see that everything is just like others had described it to me. Even the littlest hot spot along the race course is far better than in any other race. The spectators really know a lot about triathlon and are so enthusiastic. So I will be back again next year!”
Here are the CR hot spots:
Bike course
Solarer Berg, Eckersmühlen “beer mile”, Selingstädter Berg, Kalvarienberg Greding, road through Thalmässing, Corpus fitness center Hilpoltstein
Run course
Roth landing stage, Leerstetten sluice gate, old town Schwand, Eckersmühlen bridge, Haimpfarrich into the City of Roth -new!!!
