Half Challenge will be held on May 24th
|

The proper authorities have labelled both Challenge and Half Challenge Costa de Barcelona Maresme as a “large-scale international event”. After the official publication of Formula 1 2009 schedule, a coincidence at sports level has been found. Half challenge and Montmeló Formula 1 should be held at the same time. They have been both planned for the 10th of May.
Due to the international renown of both races, and because of the geographical proximity of the two events, the Catalan government and the Transportation Department have decided, for security reasons, to postpone the holding of Half Challenge to the 24th of May. |
